The Prompter People Proline 15' Teleprompter with Studio Glass is a lightweight teleprompting system designed to work with just about every camera size from DSLR to ENG shoulder mount. It features the 60/40 'Studio Glass' beamsplitter with rear anti-refection coating. Unlike the standard glass, which is rectangular, the Studio Glass features a trapezoidal shape to accommodate wider lenses and is ideal for productions in small studios that have limited space. The 15' is viewable from up to 15' away and features HDMI, VGA and composite video inputs for connection without adapters to most computers as well as legacy analog video devices. To save weight, flipping of the image is accomplished by the included Flip-Q Pro software. The monitor can be powered from 100 to 240V AC or 12V DC power sources for use in studio or the field.

To generate the scrolling text, the Proline S15 features a USB dongle containing Flip-Q Pro teleprompting software. Flip-Q Pro will run on many versions of Windows as well as OS X on an Intel-based Mac. It imports and edits text files in RTF and TXT format and can display black and white and color text with various style options available. Text scrolling can be controlled by an operator at the computer, using an optional foot petal, or by the on-camera talent themselves with the optional REM-WLSS wireless hand-help remote. The software operates in 'dual-screen' mode, meaning the image the operator sees on the computer is normal while the image sent to the teleprompter is reversed in software.
