Built for gaming, the Republic of Gamers Strix 17.3" 240 Hz Monitor from ASUS is a thin and light portable display that can be used almost anywhere. A quick-release mechanism lets you attach or remove the included tripod stand, while an included Smart Cover helps protect the screen from dust and scratches when it's not in use. Power is provided by an integrated 7800mAh battery, which lasts for up to 3.5 hours at 240 Hz and can recharge for 2 hours of use in one hour via USB-C PD 3.0 charging.





The ROG Strix XG17AHP features IPS panel technology, a 240 Hz refresh rate, a 3 ms response time, and more. The IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel affords wide viewing angles of 178°, so content can be viewed from almost any direction, while a refresh rate of 240 Hz means that the display refreshes 240 times per second for smoother motion. A response time of 3 ms means color changes will be virtually imperceptible. Lastly, coverage for 100% of the sRGB color gamut delivers a wider color space and more lifelike images, while Adaptive-Sync synchronizes the display's refresh rate to the frame rate of the graphics card to greatly reduce or eliminate stuttering, juddering, and tearing during gaming and video playback.





ASUS built this display with a non-glare surface, a native resolution of 1920 x 1080, support for 16.7 million colors, a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, and 300 nits brightness. Connectivity is achieved using one micro-HDMI port and two USB-C ports, one of which supports DisplayPort and battery charging, while the second only supports battery charging. Audio may be output using the dual 1W speakers or the 3.5mm headphone jack. To further help improve viewing and accessibility, the display features a vertical tilt of -5 to 90°, a swivel of ±180°, and a height adjustment of 4.5".
