In order to meet the modern saxophonist's needs, the company also took measures to enhance the magic of early Florida mouthpieces by identifying a benchmark model ? a play-tested and carefully selected vintage Florida mouthpiece ? and redesigning the mouthpiece's inner dimension. Otto Link then introduced new tooling to ensure manufacturing consistency. The saxophonists at Sweetwater love how the FL model imparts edge and power to their tone while still producing the warm sound you’d expect from any Otto Link mouthpiece.
